For a less oversized fit you can choose a smaller size.

We do our best to ensure all our clothing sizing is consistent, you may find that some styles and items vary in size. The fit of some items can vary due to the construction and materials used.

• We recomend to wash and iron all clothing inside out.
• Machine wash the clothing at a maximum of 30°C or 86°F with similar colored clothing.
• Hang dry the clothing and avoid using a tumble dryer as this may damage the prints or, in some cases, shrink the clothing.

We have different shipping times depending on your country. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please note that holidays and sale periods may affect shipping times.

Where is my package?
If you haven't received your package within the mentioned shipping times, check your track and trace page to see if there are any updates on your package's shipment. If you need help you can always contact us by mailing at info@hustletheoriginal.com, messaging us on our socials or by filling in this contact form.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.

When trying on your pieces, please be mindful not to damage or soil the garment, as we may not be able to accept a return in this condition.

First send an e-mail to info@hustletheoriginal.com to notify us that you want to return your product(s) and, optionally, the reason of your return (this feedback will help us improve the product/service).

Return costs
The shipping costs for the return can vary depending on your location. We currently don't provide free shipping labels so please note that hustle is not responsible for these costs and that they need to be paid by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
